This company is a complete scam even the 5 star reviews look fake. When a company only makes the repair shops contact then only by email thats a scam. When its takes more than 24 hours to get any response to a claim request thats a scam. When it takes 5 days to review a claim then deny it. Thats a scam. I Stay away from this company. Both were amazing, but Its a toss up between the claims department authorizing my claim to be paid, and the customer service department at **********************. I am thankful for the seamless transition Ive experienced over a short period of time. Thank you Ox Car Care!

I wish I could rate them a zero I was considering taking ox car care on as my warranty company for my 2012 Porshe cayenne I didnt have the money to pay the down payment until 3 pm the next day well ***** and what was supposed to be a manager named ***** convinced me to give them my debit card information to secure the deal they swore to me that the card wouldnt get ran until they called ****** gave the ok to run the payment well an hour before time to call me I get a fraud alert from my bank asking if I authorized a payment ... read more

This is a complete scam....you can never get an answer from the customer service people and when you do submit a claim for what they tell you they cover, they deny it completely and you are stuck with the costs. I escalated this to the supervisor to inquire why my claim was not approved and he stated " they decided that the parts that the mechanic used were not approved parts, so they won't cover it and it was too expensive" WHAT? They state in a Commercial to have a BBB A+ Rating. I looked it up here and It Stated NR. I assume that means Not Rated. False advertising? Using the BBB in a Lie?

This company is only after your money. They will say whatever it takes to keep your business. I need to cancel due to Financial situations. The agent talk to me into deferring for 2 months. She even gave me the date that they would begin the direct debits again. They debited my account two to three weeks prior to the date I was given. Now I have overdraft fees. I reached out to them to find out why this happened. They told me there was a malfunction in the system and that it must have gotten debited in error. That's really n... read more

Boxcar kid is a real fraud I canceled out the policy and they telling me they didn't get it when they did get it they're trying to tell me is a discounted rebate and that's wrong cuz I was told I would get my all whole refund and they're holding my money Pastor 45 days have not given me my money back yet something need to be done about it

I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.I tried to cancel my policy shortly after starting it Due to reviews WHICH I SHOULD HAVE READ FIRST.I was switched to different departments only to be told that I couldnt cancel nor can I get my deposit money back.Everything that was written in the reviews Ive experience it in one phone call.LIES Constantly being switched to different departments.I was asked for my name and number and they would call me back.Never got a call back.Stay away from theses peoples.I really fee... read more

So far so good. They have paid to have my oil changed a couple times at my local garage. As far as what the warranty covers, I can't talk to as I haven't really had to have anything done on my vehicle yet.
