I have to be honest, I was not expecting much. I know the reputation a lot of these companies have and I've been down that road before. I decided to try this one hoping there's at least one good egg in the basket. I had the transmission go out, and it did take a little longer than expected but they did pay which is all I really care about. This is the worst company i have been involved with! Their booklet says you can cancel any time but that is a lie! When you call to cancel they wont accept it and then want to know why you want to cancel, When you tell them that you went with another company, they start asking you who you went with, how much you paid and continue on with their questions. I tell them that it is non of their business and they just keep badgering me and will not accept my request to cancel. I cancelled my credit card so they could not continue ... read more
Simply wanted to cancel policy I contacted Ox they gave me the run around and said it was finally taken care of *** i'm being billed.The finance company said only Ox can terminate contract and said no one notified them.Now no one is returning my calls from Ox and I continue to get billed.Can you please help this has been going on 3 months.

After searching several shops including the dealership I took my ********** ****** to a shop to be repaired. After running a diagnostic on the Routan, it was determined that it was my transmission.The shops emailed and faxed the necessary document to Ox Car Care alone with the codes. After over 20 calls, it was difficult to get through, and when I did I was told they never received the papers.
