Called into customer service to see if I could extend my payment out due to some unforeseen circumstances and surprisingly enough they were able to do it. Been using them for maitnence, but i have a *** so knowing the insane labor costs im happy to have this coverage for when the time comes.

Ox car care they lie to customers about the 30 day policy. I called to cancel they told me I could not get my deposit back. It was only 5 days. *****************************

Almost got caught up with them. Beware my bank declined this initial set up charge of $75 twice. We got disconnected I called my Bank to question why they were declined. Took a look at reviews while on hold and told my Bank not to process as we were disconnected and their next step was a third person verification process. While on the phone with my bank Ox rep was calling me but I was told they ran the transaction a third time! The bank said the 3rd one went through. I am not sure who you spoke too, however, that person should have looked into your account to see that the down payment transaction was declined two times. I have filed a claim with your company. And was told that it would take 72 hours for a decision. It is now going on over 14 days and I just keep getting the run around and excuses to hold a decision on my car. I am disabled and very much need my car to get to my doctor ************ to maintain my health. I have already missed 3 important ************. I had to deal with an obnoxious alleged supervisor named *******. Very unpleasant and unprofessional in her attitude. My issue was a simple change from single to auto payments. After dealing first with their processor Mepco and learning I had to make that change directly with Ox and after going through a long line of pressing different choices through their phone system resulting in a very frustrating 20 minutes I finally reached a human who turned out to be *******.

I think that their practice is extremely unethical. There is no one individual you can talk to about a complaint. I have been trying to hear about a claim filed over 3 weeks ago, and in the mean time costing me $ ****** a week for a rental that isn't covered yet cause they haven't excepted the claim yet. Still just getting the run around. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY......DO NOT USE THEM.....DON'T HAVE TO TAKE MY WORD...JUST ASK **** AT GULF COAST.

This company is the worst at paying claims. I have been without my vehicle for two weeks due to this company not having enough money on the credit card to pay my claim. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a warranty company. I have paid my entire contract off in full and when as the consumer needed them they were not able to get my claim paid for due to insufficient funds on whatever form of payment they were using to my auto shop. The only claim we did not pay out was on 9/24/2021. Nonetheless, we have been diligent in paying out consistent claims on your policy, Ox has processes we need to go through in-order to pay claims. We are sorry if this process is not to your standards in relation to time.
towed my car to the shop i go to. Claims process was a bit wonky, but ended up having my engine replaced. warranty paid for itself. just make sure u make ur oil changes and read that contract.
