just wanted to thank the customer service lady I spoke with. she was very accommodating with me even after being late on my payment due to issues with my social security. she was very helpful and thoughtful and I appreciate it.

This company is false in its advertisement that the auto coverage that they quoted me with. When it came time, I needed to use it they declined to cover any of the work. Telling me that I needed to provide proof of the last year of maintenance to the vehicle. Which this was never told to me upon buying into this coverage. Which if I wasn't out of state at the time (due to family member needing a ************** transplant) I'd of gladly of been able to provide them with such. But, I was clear across the country. I have had NO problems with this company. The process was smooth and professional. The gentleman in ***************** Drake, made sure he explained their coverage in detail and what my options were with every policy. He even recommended which policy would cover the most repairs for the best price that I could comfortably afford. I'm so satisfied with Ox Car Care I sent the whole crew in CS pizza's for an edible surprise for all the hard work they do. They are a fraud company they never approved my car repair they told the shop that I didnt have a policy with them after they took my payment then Im getting the run around to cancel because they dont wont to cancel my policy they are one of the biggest scams around DONT TRUST THEM

This company is the worst OX my car have been shop it took three days before we got in touch with someone then was told that they were not going to my AC and other major part and will not pay for rental car my have been down 7day I will be for my car to be fix suing them for fasle statement if you have them change company fast before you get rid off

BEWARE - MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD **** EVEN WHEN THEY TELL YOU IS JUST INCASE YOU DECIDE TO ACCEPT. not bad. one thing I wish for though is to be able to file and get approved online. Other than that went fairly smooth for my first claim, saved $1700 for my radiator. The dealer service advisor was not all too happy when the ox guy told him he was overcharging me on labor which was a bit of an eye opener so good to remember, I recommend everybody try to get them to lower the labor cost as that was pretty much half the ****.

ez pz to get coverage. Saw an ad on tv and their free oil changes etc pulled me in. used the free stuff pratically every month just cause its so easy to get it done.no problems thumbs up

called to file claim for my AC and radiator they replaced everything was pretty easy. i didn't remember to use the rental car even thought they mentioned it but oh well. overall would recommend.
