First of all I cant say enough about the service that I received from Ox Car Care. Cant remember who actually handed my claim on my 2009 ******* Town Car, but it really doesnt because your warranty company in the most professional and timely manner so I couldnt be any more satisfied. Lets put it this way before I got your warranty I had the one thats got all of the movie stars and sports personnel as pitch people. First of all, *****, my claims rep is the MAN!I had an AC and electrical issue with my beloved 2008 **** Explorer and took it to my usual mechanic.However, because of this other shady warranty company who is represented by a well known rapper and actor, my usual mechanic refused to deal with any more aftermarket warranty companies.I ended up taking my Explorer to the dealership and ended up having the worst service experiences ever in my life.The service techs lied about the diagnostic, wouldnt send the diagnostic informatio... read more

***** has been the best help to me very communicative and helpful on even his off days he also has make some things happen that I didnt think I was going to be able to get done he a awesome person and highly recommend to ask for when in need of help dealing with this company some people might not care but ***** does just ask for him and you will see The genuine heart he has for paying customer

The customer service agent was not a listener. I called to only inquire about information about how the service works. The agent was insistant that I get my get card to purchase the service several times after I indicated several times that I was a teacher and in class and couldn't leave to go outside to my vehicle and that I would call back when I was available to further discuss the information he was very disrespectful and unprofessional so I hung up the phone. Claimed tire hazard reimbursement. Easy and fast approval. Follow the contract to get thread level and email it along with invoice. They approve same day and check was sent out the next day.

So, I am having most of the same issues as the mojority of the people with negative reviews of OX Car Care, ***** Rude, rude, rude customer service representatives, ******. ******, *****. When I asked ****** about my refund, he put me on hold and came back and stated it was "pending." When I asked what that meant, he replied, "I don't know, I'm not the bank!" Very impressed with your service. Being an automotive repair facility we work with several extended warranty companies. Normally there are tons of hoops we need to jump through to get payment. Your team made the process supper easy. We need more extended warranty companies to be like you.

They NEVER DID ANYTHING and **** LIED TO me *** TO THE mechanic **** HAD IT TOwed to the wrong location lied several time to the mechanic and canceled my payments and they get mad when you tell them your money isn't free.long story short a few payments made and my car is in worst condition then when they took it."
