This company is a seriously fraudulent. I ordered the "diamond coverage" which had a glitch for every repair--not one repair was covered. I even had my ************ manager call them and they denied him after many calls to OX. Additionally, their ads say "immediate coverage?" Lie #2. You have to wait ***** miles and 30 days before submitting any thing to be covered. So, I have been trying to cancel this so-called insurance. I have also made 6 phone calls! I felt pressured when I called to sign up and I told them that I dont like being pressured into agreeing to this and I want it in writing and they said they cant send it in writing. Im glad I read the reviews because I didnt wanna call them back and now Im getting calls and text messages and things like that but Im just ignoring them.
This company is terrible, definitely fraudulent activity. My vehicle was sitting in the shop for 4 weeks. They never called with any updates. Terrible service. I've paid them for absolutely nothing. When I was finally able to reach someone, I was told it would be $4000 to fix my vehicle. I will not pay that! Is that not the point of the warranty. This company is just stealing money from customers, definitely needs to be shut down or investigated. .
Living in Eastern **, ************** from OXCAR has been practically impossible. They open 11:00 AM *** time. By that time all dealers have their day's work schedule already. OXCAR care respond back according to their work zone, wasting another day. They send adjuster to look at the car, wasting another done, send a claim to their under writer who takes forever to make a decision. These people are absolute frauds, and have fraudulent advertising. On the ** they have an ad saying they will cover your claim, in the sales call on the phone they say they will cover your claim, then you pay for the service and they dont cover your claim based on previous maintenance history on your car. If I could give a 0 thats what I would give Ox. After 6 hours of purchasing a warranty with them, I called back to cancel....OMG it took an act of Congress to get it cancelled. Also, the rep by the name of ****** actually argued and went back and forth with my husband and I and told us when ********* don't pay our claim to not call them (Ox) back and proceeded to hang the phone ** in my face because they will not give me a warranty.; I wouldn't NEVER call them back even if they offered the warranty to me free.
