I just bought a Toyota Camry, which was almost out of warranty and if anything happened to the car, I needed coverage. One of my friends referred me to Ox Car Care, so I knew they were a great service. The purchasing process was transparent and easy. The customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any question I had, they answered. The payment plan was affordable. Overall, everything was perfect.

This company is a total scam. Do NOT purchase a policy from them. $3000 dollars out of pocket and no coverage. Plus they lied multiple times about calls that we had with their claims center about our claims and their decision. Multiple things were wrong with our car, completely legitimate issues that caused it to stall out completely 3 times. Do not get taken in by this company!!! Just like all the other complaints on here my issue is very similiar!! Bought a policy for my older car with high miles wanted extra protection however i lost my husband to colon cancer so i could no longer afford the policy. I called to cancel the policy but 3 months later i realized they continue taking the pymts. When i called the company stated there was no record of my call. We do not have any records of any attempts made by the customer contacting us until recently when customer reached out to request for a refund. We explained that our policy was opened for 103 days at a delinquent status. Theirs company do not stand by their policies, lied and said I didn’t get oil changed as maintenance requirements DEALERSHIP says they are lying and have proof vehicle maintained as it should be they did every oil change on vehicle except 3, have the paperwork for everything ever done to vehicle, this company only refunds payments are partial payments, they get negative reviews erased, their employees boost their ratings with fake ratings, I have all proof and have filed with every available agency, my contract was canceled ... read more

I wish I could give a negative star review!! These people call and text OVER & OVER!! I’ve begged to be removed from their call lists and they still call and text!!! Even if I needed a warranty for a car I actually have I wouldn’t darn call these harassing a$$holes!!

We have made only 2 calls to this consumer on October 9, since then she has called us 11 times. Also, the text messages were halted after initial request from consumer. We are not the only vehicle service company out there, we only contact opt in consumers who wish to hear from us and are in full compliance with all regulations. Thanks for the review, call was reviewed and customer was not told "gonna break down without them", customer was told that when the car breaks down it will be to late to get coverage as pre existing issues are not covered under protection plan.
I wanted an extended auto warranty on my vehicle since I didn't purchase a new Honda. I decided to go with OX Car Care and so far, my extended auto warranty has been great! I've had to file several claims with them and every person I have spoke with has helped me through the process. All my claims have been paid and my car is back on the road. I chose to get an extended auto warranty for my used Tiguan Volkswagen 2009 with Ox Car Care. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I've been provided during the troubles I've been having. Everyone I've talked to on the phone has been on top of everything and has really helped me out. The few issues I have had with my vehicle, Ox Car Care, has been there and I feel blessed to have them on my side. It's a good thing that I took advantage of getting my warranty when I had the opportunity!
