I agree with the rest. They lie to get you to sign up then they tell you the truth like a omg I forgot to tell you? That everything is 100% covered for 50% of the price ridiculously hard to reason with. Its impossible to cancel your contract with them. My mom called the ** ad in June and since then weve called in July to cancel the charge and again this month in August. Ive emailed to cancel the contract, tried calling the third-party billing company MEPCO. In 2 months only two salesmen have answered the Ox Car Care. If you say you want to cancel they tell you you have such a good deal and still do not understand when someone clearly states they no longer wish to receive services and would like to cancel my contract. ******... read more
This company tells lies about their services and when you cancel your policy they take your money without your permission and when trying to get your money back because of their lies they say you have to wait 45 days before you will get your money back. IF YOU EVER GET IT BACK
***** and his team in accounting have been extremely forthright. Ox Car Care is awesome, even though there is a delay in their accounting department, I highly recommend them. Dont worry they take care of claim.
The rep was very helpful.. We were able to customize the plan to what we needed for our two vehicles. I needed the warranty because buying a used car is a nightmare right now. Would rather keep the one i have up and running for as long as possible..........

When I initially talked to the person that sold me the contract she said I would be responsible for 25% of the deductible of the repair. Then she connected me to someone who was supposed to confirm that everything on the contract was correct. That person went over everything and when she got to the deductible she said I would be responsible for 50% of the deductible.
