I was told I was going to get my refund in 15 - 30days tell me why I'm still waiting it's been almost 60days at first they was taking calls for the billing department pertaining to refunds now no answer busy signal I've left several voicemails when it send me to it I talked to several employees which had very nasty attitudes when I mentioned I'm checking on my refund status I wouldn't this so unprofessional and something should be done about this how are they still in business this is falsifying information and theft of fund... read more

This Business has operated in SCAM capacity with me. I had a car repair needed and this company has not responded to me after several emails and phone calls by me and the auto repair dealer. It has been more than one month and nothing has been done. I have paid premiums for more than one year yet when I needed to use my warranty Nothing, Nothing has been done.

The supposed supervisor ****** at Ox Car Care *********** is very rude and condescending. He talk to you like you're bothering him and then says he can't change the way he speaks to you. Not helpful at all and doesn't even pull up the account just gives random answers. Not good for business.

They will quickly get you added as a policy holder and the moment you need to file a claim you get the run around. Calling claims gets you to a person just to put you into queue so the call handling will not be accepted as the high number that it actually is. You are then placed on a 10 min hold to be sent to a general Voicemail that no one ever answers back too. ******** unable to put in a claim twice. Called about 1/2 dozen times and they never called me back until I wanted to cancel. Then they stated I could cancel.I read the policy and ther was a pg for canceling. Sent the filled out paper overnight. They got it on Nov 16th and as of the 27th they tried to take money out of my account. I had to cancel my card. This company is no good. In total I gave the 750$ and got nothing for it! Buyers beware!

This company does not honor your contract, because it's very misleading and when you call they never answer the phone when you need them, their roadside assistance is worthless and unreliable. Since I've had them all of my automobile repair cost and towing has been out of pocket cost to me, they haven't paid for anything that they were supposed too

Ox car care is false advertising and they DONOT pay their claims they scam you for your money and I I'm filling in small claim court for their actions DONOT USE OX CARE CARE

We Canceled our policy they continued to take out of our checking account. I called to find out why and get reimbursed and they said they never received our cancellation paper only our verbal cancellation on the phone. They told me to send in the cancellation paperwork again and they would backdate it and send us our money back. We did that and never received any money. I called back the man said oh no were not reimbursing you sorry. So I called back again and the man said yes will send it back it just usually takes 3 to 4mi... read more

I called to let them know that I was taking my car into the shop to have it looked at. They said it was fine that my car was covered. I took my car in and then nobody from the claim department would answer the phone either from me or from the shop. I was told they wouldnt cover a rental car until they approved the repairs so I had to wait. 3 days later they finally got back to us and said that they were sending an inspector to look at the car and it will take 24/48 more hours to look at it.
