I have ox car care I took my car to the shop to be repaired they said the price was to high to fix my car so I had to do a lot of checking around & calling them to get my car fixed it took a whole week to get my car fixed my deductible is $100.00 dollar's I ended up paying $196.00 deductible stay away from this company
Ox car care sells you a policy then sells the policy to ****** who administered all claims i feel they are in a sweet deal where they can deny any and all claims if they can't honor a claime they have a catch-all denied for rust and corrosion they don't call you back if you call ox car care they tell you that they have nothing to do with it as they sold the contract to ****** . ****** will hang up on you the salesman didn't tell you about this arrangement he painted a great company who covered everything
They will not Honor the Contract. They told me the claim is not going to be paid because of the mileage that was reported wasnt correct. They said that when I first got the contract the mileage was incorrect based on the service record that I provided to them. I told him that one information that they were going by or mileage that they were going by the company put down the wrong mileage which was discount tires. haven't had to pay for an oil change in like 2 years lol because of this. ***** over there is super cool, so when he asked me to leave him a review I said h*** yes! I even had a component go out and he helped me negotiate with ******* they overquoted me both on parts and like 3 extra hours of labor. super appreciative ***** you rock dude.
This is the worst rip off company. I have been trying for two months to get my refund back for the first payment they took out. I have called several times and still have not received my refund. I would never buy anything from them. Terrible customer service.
I experienced a blowout on the freeway after work one night. 2 of my low profile tires were completely shredded and Ox Car Care came through for me. Paid for both tires and got me back on the road as soon as it could possibly happen. So grateful for my warranty plan and the claims department. Thanks guys!
Ox is a big fraud, they'll take your money and then they will not honor your claim and don't want to reimburse you. Stay away from Ox. Look at all the negative complaints they have received in the short time they've been in business.
My experience with Ox Car care was excellent, the explained all about car warranty and the coverage they offer. I been a Customer for 6 months now
