Not going to lie...... was very skeptical of these types of companies these days. had bad experience with a company that took my money and ran. I think this one is actually legit as my first repair was paid pretty painlessly just some paperwork involved.... will update this if I ever get the runaround but so far cant complain.

******* starting taking drafting my account unbeknownst to me. I called ******* they told me EVERYTHING is covered on my car and take it anywhere.bi did and found out NOTHING is covered. They flem flammed me. Now the say go online a application t cancel it they said the can't d it over the phone

A rip off company just like car shield and others if you can't afford it they will lower it what does that tell you..no repairs, and you don't maintain your car they don't pay its your fault, that's why it broke. Save your money.

Iv been waiting for 2 hours for a tow and twice they had to change tow companies because none want to tow my truck i remain waiting on a tow for my truck and im not looking forward to when its time to pay the dealership i want it towed to

Paid all this money for warrenty and my car didnt get fixedI paid towing fees I paid the dealership fees since my repair was DENIED Speaking with the claims department not CUSTOMER FRIENDLY THE MAN ARGUED BACK AND FORTH WITH ME 3/8/2022 paid for extended warrenty (start up) . I want my money back but of course that wont happen!

I've had this coverage for over a year and 2 months and I have always had my oil changed on time plus have put many expensive things on the truck prior to getting the so called coverage for my vehicle ?? I have not even placed enough miles on the truck in the time I've had this coverage! I had an emergency trip to be with my sister in TN from the outer banks of **! Have called three months in a row to have the warenty canceled and they keep talking about a paper we have to sign that we never got. They said that could send one in my email and were told we don't have a printer. He said it would be fraud to have my bank take care of this for me. I have proof of the sale of the car and even if I didn't I could cancel if I didn't want them. They will be hearing from my bank tomorrow!

I called got a quote and signed up for it. I decided to cancel the policy because I couldnt afford it. They are still taking my money even though I canceled the policy for the protection plan! They are crooks! I cant even get a hold of anyone on the phone anymore!
