have been waiting for more than 50 days for a refund of monies sent to them for a program that I had cancelled. Every time i have comunicate with them, I get a run around. I am a DAV .
I think they are false advertisement! I paid them $150 a month so when something happens to my vehicle they will cover it and they did not they left me with $1,000 bill at the mechanic and I think car shield and all of them are just false advertisement. When they say your engine is covered they mean the inside of your engine like a piston or something like that but they don't mean if your spark plug blows out of your head and you need a new head or something they don't replace none of that they have it very well detailed on ... read more
(OX ********** Took my money and then when I tried to get a refund because their service did not answer their phones or reply to any of my emails and their agreement came six weeks after in the mail then they required a mail in to get agreement squashed. They did not refund me two months worth of money, nor did they ever ask me any questions on why I wanted my money back. As I say, they never answer any of my emails. I I will be reporting them to better business in the near future. This outfit is a real scam.
They had a great deal for me I appreciate it all that the rep went through to get me the deal. I paid $49 and was informed that I will pay $202 in 2 weeks. I got off the phone about a week later I calculated the cost and could not afford it in my budget at this time so I called back on the 9th to cancel and that rep was very pushy rude and did not understand that at that time I could not afford the 200 into a month. My car broke down on Monday the 3rd of April 2023. I have been paying to my plan since January 2023 and my car was only 3 1/2 years old. The day of the brake down I try to reach roadside assistance but the line is only open from 8AM till 4PM sadly I broke down after 6PM. Car was towed with AAA. Since April 4th I trying to file a claim left messages and waited in line for hours. This has been the worst experience ever! When I signed up for this service I was offered a package that included oil change reimbursements. I have received a runaround for 2 months now. If I am getting runaround on an oil change, I do not trust the process of getting funding if my car breaks down. I will be canceling this service right away. Please steer away from this company.
Honestly, they dont even deserve one star. Their phone system is a mess. You wait, you call no one answers unless youre making a payment then you get to speak to a human being and when you do speak to someone , theyre quite rude. They all talk like robots they only tell you what theyre told to say but they resolve nothing. I was paying over $200 a month for the last six months and got nothing from them. Rep gave me a great deal but kept on trying to pressure me into getting coverage today after I explained to him my situation several times and said no I will just call back he just kept on asking with an attitude... why you don't wanted to pay $49 today so I ask for a supervisor and he got mad and said something fly then hung up in my face so how they got A+ on BBB I don't know cause that was my first and last time calling them...
