Ox did not honor their word. After taking my van to the shop, the now say that they do not cover any of the issues. Buyers stay far away from this company. Save your money and do your repairs when they come up. All false promises

So sorry wish I had my ****** back. This company is a rip off. I paid for 4 months and had a problem. They said it was preexisting Said my transmission was already broke. And come to find out it was not my transmission at all.

***** tv ad is total ********. Nowhere in the entire country does it cost $4,534 to change all four sets of brakes on a vehicle unless it's a semi or dump truck. These people are so full of s*** there eyes are as ***** as mine.

I just sign up with them yesterday they weren't suppose to take out a payment until I get paid on the 3rd but they did anyways and now I'm in the hole of $43 with my bank, I have called them multiple times hoping to get this resolved soon, I keep getting hung up on after going through the phone prompts and so forth I even had left a voicemail and they still haven't called me back yet, I talked to a lady yesterday she told me they were open 24 hours and they are not, me and my fiance is starting to think this might be a scam,... read more

**** poor company or should i say employees, after a month of my car being in the shop for a repair all they would give is $400 toward a $1,300 repair,never would call me or tell my what's going,I've paid more in monthly bills than they where willing to pay,I'd rather have a bad credit rather than continue to make payments to them never again will I use or refer them to anyone,I hope that the other warranty entities are not like that,Ox Car Care is as of right now the lowest of rip-off could Care less about the customer who ... read more
