been trying to cancel poicy 5 days no one will return my call After they get you on the hook they will not take your call are call you OX CAR CARE IS BIG JOKE they do not even deserve a star I do not know how they got an A+ in my book they get a big F

I recently inquired about Ox Car Care and was anticipating on getting it for my van. I was told the I trial payment of 49$ would be the cost to start it and I said ok. Then when I went to the verification department I learned that 1. I had to drive ***** miles before it would take affect and 2. I would be paying over 200$ a month. I immediately said no I want to cancel right now dont take my 49$. I was told they would not but they did and sent me cards and a booklet which I dont want. On March 1st 2023 I began trying to contact Ox Car Care. After 5 tries calling I finally got a customer service person and asked if my contract would cover the motor that worked my windshield wipers and was told yes and to take it to my mechanic and have the claim sent to Ox Car Care.. I have always used my dealership that I brought my car from for services. Took my car to the dealer and they did a diagnostic check and found the problem. I think they suck! I got *************** 2023 and late Feb 2023 my transmission went out in 1 car and the power steering starting going out in the other. I took the transmission 1 2 the shop on a thurs. The next day I had to call them and call the shop on three way because they didnt call the shop back. On tues the following week i called back to see what was going on and was told they didnt receive the invoice. So my shop resent it and sent it 2 me as well. I purchased this coverage approximately 3 yrs. ago and paid in full. I tried to use it ONCE a couple months back on a 2014 *** 550i. The adjuster Ox sent said they had to cancel ********* because i put 1 inch (spec qualified) tires on my car. I still had 3yrs./80k left on my coverage. Long story short... I sold the car and canceled the warranty. They stated that I will not be getting a refund back because i didn't cancel in 30 days! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COVERAGE OR COMPANY! *** STAY AWAY ***

The coverage is simple, reliable, and easy to use. When my car broke down, all it took was one phone call and Ox got road side assistance out to me.

The company is totally dishonest, I was a customer of ********************** for approximately a year and a half, and when I needed them for a small car repair totaling ******, they gave me the run a round like no other. And the mechanic that I was working with also stated that he has never received any compensation for any work by any car care company.
