********** does not get any stars from me but to submit my complaint I had to give a star they will take your money accuse you of lying about your vehicle even with proof of car history you can not talk to anyone other then the floor team their supervisor sticks to the same script and doesnt make the situation any better the adjuster is the manager but is never available I wouldnt trust this company with your money

If I could give Ox Car Care 0 stars I would.My experience with Ox Car Care is less than satisfactory and stressful.Ox Car Care charged my credit card 3 times on 9/8/23, 9/10/23 and 9/22/23. I attempted to dispute the duplicate charges with them and they are saying that they do not see the payments as they use a third-party company, Mepco to collect payments. I put my 2021 GMC ****** in shop in April for running hot at times and tapping. When I got warranty they put mileage in system incorrectly so they tried to deny me service. Once resolved they approved water pump after 2 months. Now the dealership checked truck for tapping. Metal in oil pan. I need a motor. Started emailing Oxcarcare in June about this is. I called 3 times to cancel my subscription. They never responded. They did when it was time for the next payment. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one to avoid a charge. It took considerable effort to update any charge to my new card. I would never recommend Ox Car Care to anyone. Terrible customer service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will answer the phone to sell you a policy, run your credit card, but if you have any issues about getting a refund, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to help you. I have been calling them for 2 days straight and have gotten the run around. I finally called my credit card to handle the charge that needed to be refunded.

Tried calling ox, which they give you a different number that nobody picks up on the phone dealership trays calling to club start a claim ox does not pick up on your telephone to start. It throws you back-and-forth between aux care in another company. Im two months into trying to get paid from my first claim. Nobody knows whats going on. Nobody cares they say the checks on its way, but its not, I need money as much as they do they take my money right away but Im not getting any service whatsoever

They do not pay for everything they lie I cancel my subscription but they still taken my out had to call the bank to stop payment

i did not us it when my truck was total loss i called ******* they told me to send a paper saying to cancel it i did they say they said did it so i sent one certified mail they got it they owe me for 6 months they got my money
