Do not trust ******* or send them any money. I needed my AC on my car repair and for 3 months Ox car care want answer email or phone calls from Tire plus to pay the claim
Wont cover anything that I need done . 2 hundred dollars a month and they dont cover anything

I purchased an extended warranty back on 1/5/23 for my 2010 ******** **** and only had to use my warranty once. I canceled my policy in less than 24 hours and have emailed proof. I even received a text from Ox asking me to reenroll. Waiting on hold to be told the $75 is nonrefundable. Then put on hold and was connected to another policy holder that was also on hold with questions about his policy. How unprofessional. I will continue to call until they fix this and do what they told me.Took my money on Oct 4, I canceled the morning of Oct 5.My experience sounds exactly the same as those I have read about here concerning the $75 refund ... read more
