My car has been at the shop since June 19th and still hasnt had an approval to be fixed and all I keep getting is that there is a high claims volume. Not to mention they only pay ***** a day for a rental or 6 days. This company is a complaint scam.
I went to ox car to get car Insurance and home insurance I filed a claim and they denied the claim I ask them for a refund they took me through so much filling a refund information they didnt ask me for when they took my money they ask me for my mileage on my car and it had to be from a certified dealership I told them you all didnt even ask me for this when I purchase the insurance, I then submitted the information in February it is now July I have been calling and they continue to say there is no update the finance departm... read more
Worse warranty company. Only does claim via emails. Vehicle been in the shop so far week and half and Ive been without a car and still have no update on approval claim which is for crack radiator ?and ball joints. They dont communicate with the customer or shop. Every I call they tell me its in review. STAY AWAY from them
Buyer Beware of this scam. They take your money and you never get service. My car has been at the dealer for 7 weeks and still no reply from Ox Car Care. They asked for oil receipts. I sent them all. Now, nothing. The car just sits there. They don't answer the phone, just a message they will call you back. They never do. Then collections call for more payments. I tell them to have claims call me but they never do. Just 8 collections calls a day but no claims ***** Beware of this scam
This has to be the worst company i have ever dealt with at the start of getting a on with the company i get in a argument with one of the managers because i told him i want to think about joining there auto policy and then i decided to try it and had it for a about a week because i got a new car so i told them i don't need it anymore and they have a 30 refund policy and they tell me my money will not be refunded this is a Bull s*** company and advise you not to take the plunge the worst i have ever dealt with period.
I file my claim May 16 , 2024. My rear bearing and water pump need to be replaced in 2015 **** Taurus. My first shop of 4 shops, I have towed my vehicle too and as of June 27, 2024. My car is still in the shop now . I been renting vehicles this whole time though different companies and I am told that the maximum amount for reimbursement is $180 if approved. Look out this is a really bad warranty company- I had car shield I was looking to save money. So I call ox car care . I was convinced. By the sales person, that I was getting a better price- and Service- ( I never use my service at car shield) 6 months later I had some issues with my ***** I took it to the dealership ( ***** they call for approval.
