I filed a claim and ** denied my claim my truck was in the shop a whole month so basically they took my money so what was i paying for
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I called for information on 5/1/2024 I was talked into joining. I was informed by ********************************* that I would receive the "contract" via email for me to review it and take it to my mechanic and that if I/we were not pleased with it, that I had 30 days to cancel at any time and that my money would be refunded. Ox Car Care is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with in my 68 years on this earth. Every claim that you file with them is denied for example I took my car to the ******** ****** back in December because my engine light came on it was determined that my turbo engine needed to be replaced. The dealer call the claims told them and sent them over the order for work, they didnt get back to them for a week. Not an ethical organization. I contacted Ox Car Care on 4/22/24 to obtain information for an extended warranty for my car. I encountered a high pressure sales representative (******) who hung up on me when I advised that I was only seeking information - not looking to buy until May. I was quoted prices for a 4 and 5 year contract, when my request was for a 2 year plan. I was not informed that this call was being monitored. Sound great. Wveryone just need to be on the same communication leve. Received 5 sales calls to purchase after I purchased 1-2 days prior too. I suggested they look in their data system before calling to sell.
I bought a car last October, took out a warranty plan paying ***** care a total of $158 per month, I took my car in for a oil change and asked the tech to check the car out. Come to find out that both axle need to be replace and the control arms need to be replace. I was denied for lack of maintenance when the car have 3 oil change, 4 brand new tires being placed in the car. I am still trying to figure out how you maintain axle and control arms. I need a total refund from ox car care, they are nothing but Thieves.
Bad Experience.. **************************** None of the repairs were covered for my car.. And been waiting 4 months for a refund that they said I'm entitled too. I've been calling and emailing for 4 months straight and they say they work off of a budget for refunds. They were quick to take my money but I have to fight and take so much time out of my schedule to sit on hold and send emails to get my money back. I'd advise to look for an alternative.
Very rude customer service spoke with a **** the Supervisor for Ox Car Care . We ( my dad and I )started policy a few days ago and I called in to cancel our policy. We paid $150 for a down pay and they do not give refunds back when you cancel the policy. The Supervisor **** keep speaking over me and did not answer my question directly he did cancel our service but dis not address my main reason for the call.
