They denied my claim because of non maintenance. I provided receipts to show maintenance since new at the same dealer for 7 years. I changed the oil every ****** miles as required by Porcshe. At that time I did whatever maintenance due at that time(thousands of dollars in maintenance). They still denied the claim under the same reason. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THE ARE A RIPOFF!!!THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH AND THEN FIND SOME REASON TO DENY YOUR CLAIM. WARNING WARNING. WARNING

Would not recommend them to my worst enemy they are a fraud. Put in a claim and the denied it after they had me to leave my car in shop for one week and a half got a rental and they will not even refund money for rental so now Im out of $632 and my car still not fixed. Calm to cancel policy and they keep handing up on me.. very unprofessional customer service.. stay away from this company they are fraudulent:worst company ever

I strongly, and I mean very strongly recommend, you do not do business with this company.Ive had them for several months I went to use them once and they refused to pay 90% of the claim and on the 10% they paid a fraction what was due they even suggested that the dealership go online to Amazon to buy the part. They made every step of the way virtually impossible, and at the end of it all I came out of pocket of pay a larger. amount of money and thats why I will be canceling and why I did this review wish I very rarely do.
I think that company if is not honest because when anybody tried to call the phone number of the customer service the recording Message said is disconnected. and an trieng since the first day that I spoke with them that i am not intended to keep the services and their ignoring my request of stopped, even they said that they gonna send my account to collections company?
Do Not Trust This Fraudulent Scam called Ox Car Care!Very Shady Sales Reps who use high pressure fear tactics. I file a claim on 10/13/23 and they gave me the run around about getting my car fixed now I only take my truck to the dealership foe all repairs and services so when I finally got an approval they wanted me to put after market parts on my car and the bill was **** they only covered $684.36 and I was suppose to pay the rest now why have an extended warranty when I still have to pay thousands of dollars and a$100 deductible when asked for a manager/ supervisor there always busy not good at all I feel like they robbed me withou... read more
Don't do it. My name is **************** purchased the ****** package from ****** and I recently had a breakdown on 10/2/23 on my ******** I called ****** for a tow. I was told by the roadside assistant that I don't have a tow pkg so I got on the phone with Ox and roadside assistance and after 8 hr i got my tow only because the company approved it.
