I have just joined OX car care Warranty coverage. They were very helpful in getting set up. I have not had any experience in repairs as of now. All seems to be excellent.

I think they full of s*** that's what I think I put my car in the shop and they only covered part of what needed to be paid I end up paying the most part of it so yes I'm getting ready to cancel mines too because they are full of s*** they like the rest of they tell you all this b******* over the phone and then when you get it and you use it they don't pay for nothing everything that I needed I need to cover they didn't pay for the only thing they paid for with the air conditioner compressor but they only paid a certain part... read more

The purchase of this policy was misleading. I was not provided accurate information regarding the terms of the policy. When it was time to file a claim i was treated rudely by the claims representative and hung up on after asking for clarity. I was told there was no one i could speak to regarding my concern although the process to escalate a concern is to email a manager. Once i emailed the manager i did not get a response. They lied and did not honor there policy. They took my money and told my mechanic that my car was too old to fix then told the shop to put my car on the street. Oxcarcare then said they wouldnt pay my clam because (I) took it off the lot which was a lie. My car sat on the street with the keys on the floor for two days. They robbed me and came up with more than three or four lies to try and cover it up.They then waited four months and asked me to return as a l liable customer. Called wanting information in March 2024 and was told I can sign up for $70 that day.. Being I was at work my wallet was in my purse and Im with a patient and gave my cash app information telling them there was only $20 on it.. he said hed take $10 but thought I wasnt going to get a notification that he tried taking the whole $70 STILL? LESS THAN ZERO is my rating for Ox Car 51 minutes and 9 seconds of recordings - long story short Agreed on a $25.00 down payment fee and yet $75.00 was charged to my credit card. I told him to cancel everything and I ended the call. Checked emails a few hours later and Ox Car was thanking me for my purchase.
