Ox was reluctant to work with my mechanic. ** said it would take up to 72 hours to make a final decision to cover the work or not. My mechanic asked if ** would pay for storage and they said they would not. Ox is very difficult to work with. It took several calls and a lot of time to cancel my agreement, I'm still waiting for a confirmation email, so that is another call.

This company does not pay out as it promises, and **************** ads, now swarming the airwaves are outright deceptive and untrue. No wonder its overall ****** ratings (over ****) average only 2.5 out of 5, which is fair to poor, and most buyers regret their purchase.

SCAMMERS - BEWARE!!!I signed up for their service contract service on my 2 ********* When I signed up they asked if I wanted auto pay or to have the accounts billed. I opted for having my accounts "billed". I called in today to make my payments and was advised that there were fees $70 in "reversal" fees added to my accounts (fees charged for the card on file - which I keep turned off - could not be charged). I kindly asked that they remove the fees because I had not agreed to auto billing. They refused to remove the fees. I'... read more

I have been trying to file a claim with the company for a month.every time I am getting the run around I have spoken with at least **** different people each time they add different things that are need which delays the process. No communication from their end I have been call and sending what was ask of me

While the repairs on my vehicle are covered under the warranty, the company continues to deny my claim for various reasons.One-Maintainence records are not satisfactory to them.Two-there are modifications on my vehicle (there are not)Three-Maintainence records do not match (what does that even mean?)You can not call and talk to anyone and they take forever to respond. Horrible company. Im a service advisor trying to make a claim for a customer. You cant make a claim via phone and have to email them. Here we are 3 days later with no response

Well after reading the BBB reviews I'm not so sure That I will keep this policy

Horrible...I was with them less then 30 days. When I call the representative i was offered diamond coverage at $241.16 a month. ******* said I had to put a deposit down of $75, i told her i wait to get the policy when my current on ends but she say just get it started for $50 down then. When i said okay she still charged me $75 and i let the supervisor know what she just did and he just say apologized and said sorry for the miss communication...today I call to cancel..Now its nonrefundable and out of $75 ...I would never rec... read more

On January 5th of **** I wanted to purchased an insurance for my sister (which turned out to be fake) for her 2013 ****** pathfinder on the same day after paying a sum of 75 dollars for the initial payment which was suppose to be a down payment to start the policy.
