Total scam of a company!!! I notified this company about a warranty covered issue 10 days ago along with SEVERAL telephone calls, I haven't heard ANYTHING back from them! My car is STILL inoperable to this day and HAVEN'T HEARD SQUAT BACK FROM THEM!!!!! I call customer service and complain, they transfer me to claims, I get a recording and leave a message, AND DONT HEAR SH*T BACK FROM THEM!! I sent my vehicle to the shop on 8/25/2023 and 3 weeks later I'm still getting the runaround to get my vehicle repaired. I'm told an inspector need to go out to inspect my vehicle and that's been almost 3 weeks. This is a complaint against Ox Car Care. I gave my ok to try out this warranty for my vehicle and was told I had a 30 day trial to accept or deny. Because I thought about it and did not want to sign a contract I decided not to go with them. I called and spoke with a representative ( a few times) and each time I explained my situation I was switched over to an department that never answered. Care has had a negative impact on me. They only care about you paying your premium and the 30 days money back is useless because you might not need them until after the thirty days. The say they offer this and that but they really don't! They are telling me that I have to send in a a certified letter and also a certified odometer reading. This company denied my claim simply because I removed my vehicle from one dealership and took it to second one. The first dealership did not have any loaner cars available so I took the vehicle to the second dealership for service. Ox Car Care does NOT care about it's customers. This is totally crazy and ridiculous because the same issues exist when it was taken to both dealerships!!!
They don't answer the phone EVER, or return any calls from messages left for them! Fraud!

Awful you cannot get anyone on phone for claims youre left holding for hours my mechanic sent an email as requested its been over a week no reply from Ox I cancelled my payment and received a call worst company ever

SCAMMERS!!!! They took $600 from me and told me I couldnt get a refund of anything! They are the most unprofessional, lying people Ive came across yet as a warranty company! Every time I tried to use it there was always an issue that they could never do anything about, I was paying for services I never received and they told me Im not getting anything back. Dont waste your time or money they are terrible.
