They denied my claim for a transmission replacement. Never missed a payment.

I bought the silver plan for $4029 and was using my dealer service package that was still active . I had made all my payments on time using auto pay. I had a problem with my car and was told it would be two weeks before anyone could look at it . Oxcar denied payment for it because I didnt leave it in the shop and rent a car that they would only cover at$35 a day for 5 days . The services are not what they say. They promised a refund which I never received. I was told my refund would be returned to my card within 4 weeks. It's been five months, and they are saying that there is no refund for the 100 dollars deposit. I would have never applied if this was the case knowing that their service is fraudulent. Send me my refund like you said day one.
Horrible experience. Everything I called there was a party in background. Very unprofessional. The were quick to promise quick resolutions but when I needed them the auditor/ evaluator came up with 8 reasons why not to cover damages. There was no way to argue their determinations. Having them was a was of money and time. Let me add my car was in the shop 2 weeks just waiting on a review from auditor.
SCAMMERS! Watch out for them! Called to cancel my policy because I refuse to make 2 payments in one month. After sitting on the phone with someone for about 15mins listening to him convince me to stay with them still a no! He tried to tell me these reviews were fake which I knew they werent! He then transferred me to another person who had a terrible attitude. I didnt get the help I needed. I tried to file a claim and they rejected it. Was forced to pay
The worst company on the planet! they took two unauthorized payments out of my bank account. They still didnt give it back terrible business.
I gave you a five , but I have been lucky I have not used your service yet
