A HOT MESS I purchased a plan in September 2023. My car broke down on me November 27th, 2023. I put it in the shop. They don't want to pay for the repairs. They took a month to even send an adjuster out to look at my car. They are just taken people's money and don't want to follow upon their end of the deal.

In my opinion this company is a scam.....I had to file a claim and my experience was horrible...their towing section was awful...their customer service is even worse and to get ahold of anyone is nearly impossible.......If I were BBB I would not back this company...that is actually the only reason I went with them because you backed them.......They declined every part of my claim.......why bother having this service that u pay good money for if they never pay........they get no stars from me.....

They tried to get money from my cash app account after I told them I didn't have any money until 2 days later and I would call them to let them know if I was going to get them to take money and as soon as I hung up the phone they tried to take money from my account

this service ***** it took 1 month for the claims **** to approve an oil change and i took my car to a service station ********* who was also tired of the claims **** . Buyers Beware this is a west coast company and don't start working til 10am my time. They said if you are not satasified with their service the would refund you back your money but wait they only refund you before 30 days and you cant use the service before 30 days and **** miles so that is a lie but they will keep on billing your account so once again beware... read more

The phone number in their contract book doesn't work for me and several people I asked to call, so i looked on line for their number and was passed around at least 6 times. once a person decided to speak with me he put me on hold 4 times, then when he came back he acted like he couldn't hear me then the call was disconnected. I called back and another gentleman answered but said he couldn't help me with my request and tried to give me the number that mentioned earlier that doesn't work. Please Please Everyone don't become a victim like i did whatever they promise is all LIES ALL the things they told me they will pay for my car to be fixed on my ******* hybrid was all not in the Contract. When i received The CONTRACT and read through . I have filled two clames,both were denied. The took four days to respond to the dealerships email. Meanwhile my truck was sitting in the shop waiting to be repaired. Then they denied the claim. Same thing happened with my second claim. I called customer service. Took five minutes of ringing before someone finally answered. Of course I had to be transferred. I was very happy with the quick response by ****************'s recognizing and correcting the error that I had just corrected a few minutes earlier to a previous ******* Rep. *** stayed on the call to ensure that I had received the information electronically. ****************'s ******************** skills were Exceeding, and her Interpersonal Skills Exceptional and made the inconvenience less dissatisfying.
