I signed up with ox car back in 6/2022.The membership cost has been fully paid last May 2024. I filed a claim for the first time coz my truck broke down. After months of numerous phone calls and run around they told me that they are denying the claim coz my truck was modified. Ox simply sold you the policy and we do not administer it, meaning that we do not handle any of the claims or the issues that arise out of claims. It is odd that they have A+ rating and everyone is giving a bad review. It is probably because Ox is replying to all the complaints/ reviews here. The algorithm for BBB seems suspicious. But thank goodness I didn't fall for the false advertising and at least decided to investigate their claim, and low and behold A+ rating for a warranty company is too good to be true. I suspect they are using an AI bot to answer & respond to the bad reviews

I was in the same situation three years ago. They rip me off of over $1000. When I canceled my claim I bought a new car they wouldnt give me any money back that I had paid them gave me the runaround too. Theyre just a big scam outfit. My truck wouldve ever broke down. Theres no way they were going to cover any repairs. *** already reported them to the BBB. They shouldnt even be in business big a** scam.

I signed up with Oxcarcare and, after talking to their abrasive people, I decided to cancel...within minutes of signing up. They said that they would not cancel and I had to go through some procedures to cancel, despite that the State of Georgia has a 3-day no reason cancellation policy. This company is a fraud! Everything they tell you is a lie. They take forever to process a claim. They are very rude when you call and ask questions. This company is horrible. The dealerships hate to deal with them. It took the a month to pay out the claim for my husband's car and now my car has been sitting in the shop for almost a week. When I called to ask what the hold up was, they tried to lie on the dealership. Then when I called them out on it, they're response was that they have to many claims.

They tell you one things and turn around and change what they tell you I was quoted a price and they took more out of my account without my permission I told them I dont want auto pay and.
