I have asked them many times to take me of their call list. I still get at least 5 to 8 calls each day. I'm sick and tired of all their ********. I have blocked many numbers that they call me from and they still find a way to call and harass me. This is not acceptable. I. Am going to file a complaint and go on social media and treat them the same way they treat me.
They have me an amazing deal not just to make quota but to keep me safe and help with my financial cost of fixing my vehicle . Thank you so very much.

Please do not buy Ox Car Care! They are a very disreputable company! I wish I would have looked at the BBB ratings and complaints! Because the ones I have just read are so true! The repair shop and I have been waiting for payments since I filed the claim on July ******! It is now mid October of 2025 and they have neither paid me or the repair shop! Everyone I call and the shop call they repeat the same verbiage that it's under advisement with the financial department! And of course they say they have no number for that depar... read more

I have sent 4 email to cancel my warranty they keep saying that they didn't get them they blocking my emails from going through.I sold my car and they don't want to give my money back. They nasty smart mouth don't know how to talk to ****** not use them.
