my car has been at the dealer for 2 months when i call ox car care they are nasty and keep telling me my claim is still under review mean while i'm still paying for the warranty every month i uploaded all the service documents they ask for but still no response i upheld my part of the deal but ox car care is not taking car of me mean while i'm still out of a car they have very poor customer service this experience has been a nightmare.
TOTAL SCAM I CANCELLED MY PLAN AFTER WAITING OVER 2 MONTHS FOR REPAIR APPROVAL WHICH NEVER CAME THEN THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME!!I BLOCKED THEM FROM MY BANK DO NO USE OX CAR CARE!!
And the Sales may talk to you and purchasing this warranty, said that this particular warranty paid 50% of repairs. When he transferred me to the confirmation person, I was told that this policy only pays $500 towards the repair up to a maximum of $2000 per year. So they kind of scammed me on the initial call. Be careful these guys.
Tonight I got a call from some woman w/a heavy accent. She called from ****************** # because I have a CA phone #. Lots of scammers in CA. I get scam calls from there all the time. She ID'd herself calling from Ox. I specifically asked her if I contacted them. She said she got my # from some ad online on some site I never heard of. She was not telling the truth. Ox CarCare is a phone spam calling operation. I contacted them, heard their sales pitch, and declined their $200 per month coverage. Shortly thereafter, I was INUNDATED with **** from around the country spamming my phone with calls. I asked several of them to add me to their DO NOT CALL list, but the calls keep coming.Its a very bad company, based in bullying consumers with robocall HARASSMENT. Non stop.
