Do not do business with ox car care!!! I needed my transmission replaced, the dealership had my car since 6/2024 ox car care gave them/me the run around saying the sold my policy. Here we are 3/2025 and they finally agreed to replace my transmission they only agreed to pay half of a $3000 bill and will only cover a used transmission. This company is dishonest! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
***** was very knowledgeable and helpful pending email with policy info and he put in hard copies in mail per my request auto pay for 20th of every month. Thank you for having staff like *****
These people are a joke!!! I had Ox Car Care. Something happened to my car. I called them from the ****** Dealership to let them know that I had problems with my car. They told me it would be at least 5 working days before they would let me know if they would pay for it or not. I needed a rental in order to get to work. Not only did they not pay for my repairs, I also had to pay for the rental car as well. My repairs totaled ***** dollars plus the rental car. In my opinion they are crooks!!! And Scammers. Hello Ms. *** I understand your frustration, however, your claim consisted of a intake manifold gaskets, active grill shutter, and valve cover gaskets. Gaskets are only covered if the gaskets are related to a covered item. Gaskets are not covered as a stand alone item as they are in your claim. The language is clear in the policy. ** does apologize for the inconvenience, however, the items in your claim did not relate to the policy.

I tried ** car warranty and was told I had to wait 30 days and had to get an outside source to inspect my 2020 XT9 with ****** miles on ****** I cant get anyone a5 OX to refund my $100. Ive been calling regularly since 10 days ago.
My 84-year-old father, who has dementia and is not of sound mind, received a phone call from Ox Car Care and unknowingly signed up for their service on 12/9/24. We discovered this two months later and immediately contacted the company by phone and email to request cancellation, effective 2/9/25. Despite our efforts, he is still being billed, and we have not received any response regarding the cancellation. I believe this company took advantage of an elderly man. What steps should we take to resolve this?
I was weary about a third party warranty company. I researched them on BBB and online as well. I called THEM so I knew the phone number would be legitimate. Ultimately their customer service was very friendly and well versed. I bought the contract with complete assurance that I was making a great decision, which put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Ox Car Care as a third party used car warranty
