The person I have talked to is awesome with skills of communication, explain what kind plan the company offers and so forth. He is pretty much good customer service
I have had nothing but a horrible experience with OX Car Care. I have paid my premium every month with no problem, but once there is a time when you have to file a claim; its denied. This has happened on 2 different occasions. The 1st time, I ended up paying for my repairs of $1445.07 out of pocket and now I have a claim for the dealership stating my oil pan is now stripped (which all of my oil changes and services are done at the authorized dealership) and they will not cover that in which the total is $1642.13. I think Im going to need to call and have them refund my money because they said they would email me a copy of this contract but I still have not received it.

Ox car care is such a terrible company to do business with. I called in to request a refund site to them cancelling my policy that was already paid up and those jerks took money out of my account while i was on the phone with them. ***** a sorry company. I regret ever reaching out to them. Now i have to wait to get my money back. This is so sorry

I tried to cancel my account before they took the money out so I called them back on the third and fourth they gave me a really hard time. I called him back. I think one more time after that and then I emailed them twice. I get up today and they have debited my account. The employees are horrible. They dont want you to leave and if Im telling you theres hardship and close my account dont keep trying to sell me something. This is the worst car care company I have ever dealt with, and I will never tell anybody to go to them.
