I contacted OX, They told me after i made a deposit that i had 30 to decide.. I canceled the policy within 10 days.> they have not refunded y money. and are demanding payment. They owe me ******. I want my money back.

The final repair order was submitted to Ox Car Care on 6/27/2025 and they have been giving me the run around everything I call. I'm trying to get them to pay the repair facility so I can get my truck back. They keep telling me Monday and this is the 3rd time they have told me it will be paid Monday! I have asked to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions, and everything they say there is no supervisor they can transfer me to. Their commercials say everything is done in a timely manner.
