So I purchased a service warranty on 10/02/2024 or so I thought so upon paying ****** that day I was then informed that I would have to make another payment 2 weeks later on th 16th so I asked why and then was informed that the first 129 was only a down payment so fast forward to 10/15/2024 i called in to cancel the policy because I was told for any reason that i could cancel within the first 30 days with a full refund so upon calling i got the total run around from person to person and from department to department I even h... read more

I researched and discovered this is not the type of insurance I need. Ox car Care finally responded to me canceling this service but hasn't sent me confirmation of cancellation. They keep sending me info as if I have this service.And I don't have it or need it. I am a senior and is not happy with how I am being ignored and company shoving their info on me. I don't want this.

Ox Car Care is actually a fraud they is taking people money and claim that they are sending you and email which they lie on top or lies plus you could never get in contact with corporate office simply because they are program to lie. I recommend anyone that thought this was a legit business it is not. The employees are very rude and get irate when you ask them question that make sense. Ox is denying my claim based on false and unsupported diagnosis of my vehicle. I had taken my vehicle to Nationwide Brakes and Tires. Nationwide sent a claim that was fraudulent stating that I had informed the that my car was overheating, leaking fluid, needed an alternator, and needed a new head casket. I called to get a quote, the customer *** kept getting my vin number and address wrong. I kept telling her I couldn't pay until Friday and she kept hounding me. She put a male on the phone and he stated a quote that was reasonable and I still told him I couldn't pay until Friday still. I got a notification from my bank while I was still on the phike with him that he tried to run my card. This company acts like a collection agency asking me if I had someone to lend me the money. I have been repeatedly put on hold, transferred, and placed on mute for long periods of time without anyone answering while trying to resolve an issue with the billing department. **** from the billing department did not fulfill our requests to remove a card we did not want on file and to keep a card we wanted on file. If I could give them a zero I would. They take your money and dont fix the vehicle. We provided everything they asked for as well as the mechanic company information as well. Everything is 35 business days. One day they have everything and when you call back we were mis-informed. EVERY SINGLE TIME. We had no issue paying our bill on time!!!! Be for real. False advertisement and horrible customer service. I forwarded a cancellation letter to e-mail provided and kept getting address invalid. Contacted by a salesman for payment and told him I was requesting cancellation. I requested him to send me an email to see if his worked. It did and I resent the cancellation letter to his email along with the cancellation letter. They charged my card without my permission and Ive have been fighting to get a refund for over 30 days.
