After 30 days of having my policy, including 1000 miles driven with my vechicle, I explored using my warranty policy. However, I discovered that I had to first search for an auto shop that would take Ox Car Care..After calling 3 shops, 2 of them stated, absolutely not and the other shop stated,, it takes an act of congress to retrieve payment from Ox, since they only communicate through email, in regards to auto shops.. Ox car care is a complete scam I would advise you don't fall for the con I don't know if I am still a customer because I have called at least 4 times to cancel my service contract and so I called customer service they make you push 6 if you want to cancel contract I believe since they know your canceling they keep you on hold forever and a day and finally someone answers and they ask you questions like why do you want to cancel you explain and then they say oh I can't cancel the policy I have to transfer you and you hold for... read more

It was very nice. I was glad to have talked to the lady I talked to. I forgot to get her name. She explained to me the difference between the premium and the gold so I went on ahead with the premium. It benefit me better and I appreciate it that she explained all of it to me.
Personally, I really enjoyed it, as well as appreciated the quality of service the gentleman that started my account. I am also looking forward to a lengthy experience with ox car care.
