It's a great company to be with i am glad that I chose them.
If I could leave a negative star I would. In June of this year I was double billed and then in August I get a text message saying my payment is late (supposed to be automated!!). So I call to try to talk to someone about this. After four people and 48 minutes on the phone I finally found someone who was sort of helpful, at least they seemed to want to try to resolve, but of course the phone cut out mid conversation. So I call back, in trying to transfer to the billing manager I was talking to, I get cut off THREE times!! Fin... read more
