I cancelled my service after 2 days. It has taken me two cancellation letters and a email to possibly be cancelled. I am still waiting. It's easy to sign up but he'll to cancel and they keep your deposit.

We were supposed to have 30 days to look over the service contract but 7 days later they took the money out I am still arguing with them to get the money back They lied about the coverage once we got The paperwork things they said were covered werent stay away from this company

I don't know where to begin. The sales department offers a service that does not exist. They sell the idea that if something happens to your car that Ox Car Care is there to get you back on the road. The tow service they have contracted with one damaged my car while the other one never showed up, canceled the trip then reported that I canceled the trip so that they can still get payment. This is my second vehicle covered by Ox, I'll maintain coverage.
Everyone that I spoke to from the agent to the confirmation specialist, they were very professional and concise about what was covered and the way they treated me made a huge difference, I really appreciate everything they did and are doing thank you, Ox Car Care.
