**************** was very good, they took care of all my needs and answered all my questions!
I called to make sure they cancelled my policy, a second time, they said yes. Not true, they debited $128.00 out of my tiny account.,I told them I couldnt afford. I have called numerous times since only to get the run around. This company in my opinion and the opinions of numerous others, think they are truly a rip off preying on the American public. Next I talk to the ombudsman:

had their service and paid out my contract had to file a claim in the hand book they sent me it said it would tack 3 to 5 days to process a claim it took them almost a month to do mine and then they was only going to pay half of what it was going to cost it go so bad i just traded in my truck for a new one. when i called to cancel the service was told that they would see about getting me a pro-rated refund that has been over 3 months and i have heard nothing from them ( if I knew that they was like this i would not have wast... read more
