Ox car care is a complete scam I would advise you don't fall for the con I don't know if I am still a customer because I have called at least 4 times to cancel my service contract and so I called customer service they make you push 6 if you want to cancel contract I believe since they know your canceling they keep you on hold forever and a day and finally someone answers and they ask you questions like why do you want to cancel you explain and then they say oh I can't cancel the policy I have to transfer you and you hold for... read more

It was very nice. I was glad to have talked to the lady I talked to. I forgot to get her name. She explained to me the difference between the premium and the gold so I went on ahead with the premium. It benefit me better and I appreciate it that she explained all of it to me.

I own a 2016 Ram 2500. I signed up because I know if I have a major breakdown it can be expensive. So on 6.10.25 my truck transmission went out. I had it delivered to a shop that takes OxCarCare. After submitting the report it took 14 days to get an answer if my truck would be covered. Report came back and denied my claim because of the following reasons. In July 2024 I was forced into the medium by two individuals racing down a very busy St, however this was at 1:40 am during the week. After they passed I leaped on the other side.
