I had an inspection and waited the 1k miles. I randomly had an engine failure and they denied the claim saying it failed before the one month. which it failed after I also got an inspection to waive the miles but they still found a way to scam me
I don't know yet I just got the insurance let's see how that works
Everything went well till I looked on my bank account and noticed 5 charges of $50 verses the $25 for initial start they assured me they corrected and would be reimbursed in 3-7 days. Other than that all went well. Happy with investment! They worked out a great deal I couldnt pass up!
Yes, I have a complaint against OX Car Care. I canceled my warranty service with them back in February ***** 2025 I was told I had to wait 45 to 50 days to receive a prorated refund back its been more than 50 days since I was to receive my refund when I called the customer service. I get the same runaround with let me place you on hold and check with that department and they come back and say they havent received a response. Ive asked to speak with supervisors and was told that they would get it resolved and it never happens... read more

After I signed up with Ox Car Care, I got inundated with calls from third parties. Called to complain and to cancel. ** swore up and down that they do not sell info to third parties. Coincidence?Maybe. But after I cancelled my contract, the calls slowed way down and have now stopped. Coincidence again? I doubt it. It has now been over 30 days since I emailed my cancellation and I am still getting billed. I also have never received acknowledgement of my cancellation. Dont ever buy an extended warranty. I will be honest about the review, I felt they were a little pushy for me to start the policy. I kept telling him money is tight and I had to check finances before I could do anything, but I finally just decided I might just pull the trigger and do it and I hope I wont regret it
