Called them Tuesday 9:00 am from dealer. they have not called back yet. It is now 5:00pm Wednesday. I got the car fixed and paid the bill. Thanks Ox Car Care for nothing!

It has been over 14 days to have my claim accepted by the underwriters. Then they ask for additional things. Come to find out if my claim is approved. I cannot get a rental car unless it's in the shop for 8 days.. No the mechanic shop told me, "Sorry we don't have time to wait on this It's taking up to much time in our shop to have them approve this. You're going to have to take your car elsewhere." I've had warranty company coverage in the past and it has never been this difficult.
I think it was awesome. The customer service representatives were very informative. They answered all my questions.
