This has to be the worst company i have ever dealt with at the start of getting a on with the company i get in a argument with one of the managers because i told him i want to think about joining there auto policy and then i decided to try it and had it for a about a week because i got a new car so i told them i don't need it anymore and they have a 30 refund policy and they tell me my money will not be refunded this is a Bull s*** company and advise you not to take the plunge the worst i have ever dealt with period.

I file my claim May 16 , 2024. My rear bearing and water pump need to be replaced in 2015 **** Taurus. My first shop of 4 shops, I have towed my vehicle too and as of June 27, 2024. My car is still in the shop now . I been renting vehicles this whole time though different companies and I am told that the maximum amount for reimbursement is $180 if approved. Look out this is a really bad warranty company- I had car shield I was looking to save money. So I call ox car care . I was convinced. By the sales person, that I was getting a better price- and Service- ( I never use my service at car shield) 6 months later I had some issues with my ***** I took it to the dealership ( ***** they call for approval. I wish I would have read all of these reviews before I purchased this bootleg warranty every time I need service I All ways was getting denied about something as of now they are a bunch of crooks they got me for ***** dollars it took them too long to respond to my mechanic which Is one of the biggest car dealership in ************** I paid for the service out of pocket to be reimbursed after the fact I was denied the first time come to find out there was a part on my vehicle that was covered supposedly under that crappy warr... read more

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I called for information on 5/1/2024 I was talked into joining. I was informed by ********************************* that I would receive the "contract" via email for me to review it and take it to my mechanic and that if I/we were not pleased with it, that I had 30 days to cancel at any time and that my money would be refunded. Ox Car Care is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with in my 68 years on this earth. Every claim that you file with them is denied for example I took my car to the ******** ****** back in December because my engine light came on it was determined that my turbo engine needed to be replaced. The dealer call the claims told them and sent them over the order for work, they didnt get back to them for a week. Not an ethical organization. I contacted Ox Car Care on 4/22/24 to obtain information for an extended warranty for my car. I encountered a high pressure sales representative (******) who hung up on me when I advised that I was only seeking information - not looking to buy until May. I was quoted prices for a 4 and 5 year contract, when my request was for a 2 year plan. I was not informed that this call was being monitored.
