I have been harassed by this company saying my payment is delinquent even though Im set up for automatic payments taken out of my checking account. They have called all this week while Im on vacation with my granddaughters. I have spoken to management and I am continuing to get these harassment calls. Please listen carefully to what you are agreeing to with this company . I paid the deposit and a week later the monthly payment of ****** was taken out I thought it was coming out the next month ..Ive never paid any up front monthly payment before 30days of a contract
I just signed up for Ox Car Care. The process was easy. The representative was professional. I was well pleased.
They were friendly great customer service. They help me right away it didn't even take long... Thanks
Absolute scam. Sold me total coverage, I paid for it. Tried to make a claim to find out coverage was limited to $500. Now I'm stuck with a $7,000 repair bill for a vehicle I thought was covered. I will update this if they make it right.

OX CAR CARE DON'T ARRONER THEIR AGREEMENTS. ** DIDN'T PAY FOR MY COVERED REPAIR REQUEST. I SPOKE TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVE AND THEY TRIED TO EXPLAIN I DIDN'T SEND THEM MY DOCUMENTS REQUESTING INFORMATION ABOUT MY CAR REPAIR REQUEST. I SENT MY OIL CHANGE REQUEST IN THE SAME EMAIL. THEY PAID PART OF MY OIL CHANGE. THEY DIDN'T ADDRESS MY REPAIR REQUEST INFORMATION. I WENT BACK TO GET ANOTHER OIL CHANGE AND THE REPAIR SHOP GAVE ME ANOTHER SHEET LISTING .
