The final repair order was submitted to Ox Car Care on 6/27/2025 and they have been giving me the run around everything I call. I'm trying to get them to pay the repair facility so I can get my truck back. They keep telling me Monday and this is the 3rd time they have told me it will be paid Monday! I have asked to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions, and everything they say there is no supervisor they can transfer me to. Their commercials say everything is done in a timely manner. I hope those customers who have given 5 stars just from signing up will edit their review once they have a claim or try to cancel. I was given false information when signing up, so when I was transferred to the verification number, I told them I did NOT want to sign up and to refund my initial fee. After numerous calls and emails, not only did they go ahead and sign me up, they charged another premium. This meant more calls, being transferred, disconnected...basically the run around.
