I have been a customer of ********************** for the last 6 months with ox consistently drawing from my bank account approximately every 20th of every month. So far, I'm impressed! After paying into Car Shield for several years, not once was any claim I submitted paid for. I was totally burned by them so I'm really hoping that ******* will ease my concerns that the "Extended Warranty" industry isn't a scam. I'm willing to pay the higher premiums to ensure that my truck is truly covered, that my claims are honored. I'd like to believe that I'll never have to use it, but I'm also realistic that isn't going to be the case.

They made me leave one star Did not want to leave Any. THEY are Definitely Full of deceit, UNTRUSTWORTHINESS and badgering. I begin my conversation adamantly saying that I just want a quote to compare to Endurance. I have had this particular company call me on multiple times and I have told them to take me off their list. I asked politely at least 4 or 5 times... my opinion is this is a scam and I would recommend you don't do it!
I have just joined OX car care Warranty coverage. They were very helpful in getting set up. I have not had any experience in repairs as of now. All seems to be excellent.
I think they full of s*** that's what I think I put my car in the shop and they only covered part of what needed to be paid I end up paying the most part of it so yes I'm getting ready to cancel mines too because they are full of s*** they like the rest of they tell you all this b******* over the phone and then when you get it and you use it they don't pay for nothing everything that I needed I need to cover they didn't pay for the only thing they paid for with the air conditioner compressor but they only paid a certain part... read more
The purchase of this policy was misleading. I was not provided accurate information regarding the terms of the policy. When it was time to file a claim i was treated rudely by the claims representative and hung up on after asking for clarity. I was told there was no one i could speak to regarding my concern although the process to escalate a concern is to email a manager. Once i emailed the manager i did not get a response.
