Trying to cancel service with these people is next to impossible. You cant just call and cancel. You have to go through email and they make it as difficult as possible to do. Stay away from this company. STAY AWAY

Please, please do not do business with this company. They are nothing but a big fraud within a week of getting the policy, I decided that I wanted to opt out you supposedly have 30 days and you will lose your activation fee which I understood. I called them to find out how to cancel my policy. I talked to six people was told I had to I couldnt do it over the phone. I had to send an email to cancellations at **********. I did that. Do not use Ox car care they are a RIP off company they hold up on approving your repairs, it took them 1 year to reimburse me for an oil change, my car broke down and they sent a two truck to tow my car, only for me to be told that they had a more important tow that they had to do and left me stranded and it took them 3 hrs to get someone else to come out to tow my car, my car is at the mechanic shop right now, for my a/c to be repaired, and I was told that it could take 14 business days for them to approve the repair and I ... read more
