I hope those customers who have given 5 stars just from signing up will edit their review once they have a claim or try to cancel. I was given false information when signing up, so when I was transferred to the verification number, I told them I did NOT want to sign up and to refund my initial fee. After numerous calls and emails, not only did they go ahead and sign me up, they charged another premium. This meant more calls, being transferred, disconnected...basically the run around. I called to make sure they cancelled my policy, a second time, they said yes. Not true, they debited $128.00 out of my tiny account.,I told them I couldnt afford. I have called numerous times since only to get the run around. This company in my opinion and the opinions of numerous others, think they are truly a rip off preying on the American public.
