Great **************** well worth the cost of having a plan for your car.
I think Ox car care is a total rip off they advertise a refund with in 30 days,I have been on the phone all day one week from signing up and can't get a refund.just excuses.
They are very professional and helpful. They made me feel important.
I had my vehicle in the shop on May 5th the mechanic was finshed June5th, I waited until June 11th shop said I had to pay $100 shortage fee if my truck was in there another day. I had to come outta pocket for the whole bill **** auto shops do not do business with OxCarCare
I was given different info by 3 different people and I'm trying to cancel my policy on both cars can someone pls call me
Good service with the company manager. And the other man.
poor customer service, dose not honor contracts, could not speak to anyone that would help me. Transferred me around to many different departments, never answered any of my questions or came to a resolution.
