After 30 days of having my policy, including 1000 miles driven with my vechicle, I explored using my warranty policy. However, I discovered that I had to first search for an auto shop that would take Ox Car Care..After calling 3 shops, 2 of them stated, absolutely not and the other shop stated,, it takes an act of congress to retrieve payment from Ox, since they only communicate through email, in regards to auto shops..
