"TOTAL SCAM" Please save your time and money with this company.... For three weeks my vehicle sit at a certified *** dealership. Waiting for their inspector to approve the repairs that was needed, mind you oxcare inspector was there when the dealership ran the diagnostic check showing them what was needed to be done. Days later I spoke with claims stating don't worry we will give the approval to your dealership to fix the repairs... And then hours later my dealership call me, saying OxCarCare denied all repairs!!! Stating th... read more

Obnoxious people like ****** in claims who actually hung up on me when I asked to speak with his supervisor. 3x emails bounced when ****** emailed the claim then the 4th worked but by that time I was without a car for a week. It takes their claim department 3 to 5 days to process a claim once they receive it! They insist your car stay in the shop during the claim review delay despite whether it is drivable. They don't pay for oil changes and tire rotation like they claim. Instead, you must pay for it and they will eventually... read more

As a certified mechanical shop, we have dealt with many many warranty companies over the last 15 years that I have been here. This company is BY FAR the worst and most difficult to deal with from a dealership standpoint as far as filing a claim goes. Every attempt we make when a vehicle comes in to file a claim results in hours and multiple phone calls trying to speak with someone in failed hopes to file a claim. You are either redirected or hung up on or sit on hold and never speak with anyone. In most cases, the customer e... read more

I have been with Ox Car Care for 4-months. I told them when I joined that they were not authorized to take an automatic payment using my debit card. They told me they would have to take an automatic payment the first month and thereafter, I should call back before the next payment was due to cancel any future automatic deduction payments and I could send them a check every month thereafter. After the first auto-deduct payment was made, two more unauthorized automatic deduction payments were taken out of my bank account by **... read more

I have purchased the warranty for my 2013 ***** equinox. Unfortunately I made my oil changes at the place that is not ASC certified and they refuse to pay for my repairs. The problem that I have with the vehicle has nothing to do with the oil change whatsoever. They just seems like to find a reason not to pay for the repairs. Thank you.

Thank goodness for reviews!!! I was in the market for a policy for my car and also got sucked in by the commercials on the radio which sound amazing. But you know the old saying if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!!!! I checked across three different reporting agencies and overall the common message is that they are deceptive and all they want is your money!!! Also, another common word of advice was to RUN.. They almost had me fooled.

To whom it may concern,Im very disappointed with Ox Car Care to the point of being livid in trying to cancel my contract!! You literally have to jump through hoops to get anywhere, when trying to get their contract cancelled; let alone trying to get them to stop automatically debiting money from your checking account!! You find out all their fees involved in trying to cancel their contract are for their administrations benefit!! Ive been trying to cancel this contract since January 5th ****. You have to go to a place that se... read more

Business response:

Hello ******************,

Thank you for your detailed response and Ox is sorry for the loss of your fur-baby. With that said, ** did follow through with your request and cancelled the contract on Jan. 5, ****, moreover, our refund policy request quest that you provide us with an odometer reading at time of cancellation. I am sorry if you assumed or if the customer service agent asked you to go somewhere to provide this but a simple reading would be fine.

You also need to send in the sheet that is provided in y... read more

Ox was reluctant to work with my mechanic. ** said it would take up to 72 hours to make a final decision to cover the work or not. My mechanic asked if ** would pay for storage and they said they would not. Ox is very difficult to work with. It took several calls and a lot of time to cancel my agreement, I'm still waiting for a confirmation email, so that is another call.
