I had a terrible experience with a car care company that I strongly believe should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Their warranty turned out to be a complete waste of money, as they failed to assist with any issues I encountered with my car. After purchasing the warranty and filing a claim, they outright refused to honor their obligation to cover the costs. I caution against buying a warranty from this company, as they seem to prioritize profit over providing reliable service to their customers.
Keep calling after we told them we wasn't interested my husband called to check what they were offering and we told them we didn't have the money right now and we hung up and they called repeatedly after we told them we were not interested
Has anyone tried to get a claim reviewed and approved by Ox Car Care? The customer service is abysmal. They depend on email and its impossible to speak with a human. Dreadful. Call their customer service hotline, leave a message, never get a response.
Originally submitted a receipt for services (mailed a letter) back in July for reimbursement for an oil change.I talked to a ****** and a supervisor, *******They assured me that it would be taken care of but it is now mid-November and I still have not received my reimbursement.I have called numerous times and the issue is not resolved.

Ive had it for months and was paying on time as contracted, and that one time I really needed car care for a repair on my vehicle 2010 ****** rogue I could get the funding for it from car care. It was hard to reach them for repairs, but very easy to reach someone when I initially signed up they gave me all these excuses on why they couldnt repair my vehicle issue, although I did have the premium care package. ****** is simply another fraudulent auto extended warranty company! That wont take or return your calls when you have a claim! Their company is straight up lying! They refused to fix my Tahoe, despite it having been routinely regularly serviced! I have 5 previous service tickets, which is my proof of service! Dont waste your time or money with these, thieves, on top of their not honoring the terms of their service contract! They are just a trifling company! Do not trust ******* or send them any money. I needed my AC on my car repair and for 3 months Ox car care want answer email or phone calls from Tire plus to pay the claim
Wont cover anything that I need done . 2 hundred dollars a month and they dont cover anything
