Holding my vehicle hostage for failure to pay for covered repairs. Breech of contract, Causing my family and my Mechanic's business to suffer for their non compliance. Even after the repairs was completed and over thirty days waiting, they still have not paid the mechanic but they keep taking out the monthly payments. This is the worst company to deal with i filed to get my car repaired and they didn't get my car fix they lie to my about getting me a rental car and my car was at the repair shop about three weeks until i got it out myself horrible company misleading and very rude customer service its a scam
