************ lies about suppling you with a rental car they sit on your claims for weeks and dont provide any info how long there review process for your claim will take while the customer is stranded at home with no way to get around this is the worst service ever
Ox car care, was suppose to give me a refund more than 6 months ago and every time I call they tell me accounting is still working on it, and will get back to me shortly. I ask them for the accounting department they tell me they cant transfer me there, but will not give me their corporate number either. I will never recommend anyone to Ox Car Care. It does not **** * months to issue a refund.

I was told I could cancel my policy for a full refund anytime within the first 30 days. The next day I called three times to cancel the order. I was told the policy had been sold to another company and they have a no refund policy. They agreed that I was given the wrong information about refunds by their employer and said they will deal with it internally! Scam scam scam

On Tuesday, 12/10/24, at approximately 10:06 a.m., I called Oxcarcare customer support. I spoke with a representative about my vehicle's issues with the wheel bearings. I asked if this was a covered service. After checking, the representative told me it was covered, and I must take it to a repair shop and obtain authorization for repairs. I filed a claim on December 20, 2024 each time I spoke with claim's department manager the conversation would be different. I would provide all documentations requested only to get the run around.
