OX CARE WERE CHARGING ME TO MUCH ON MY 2002FORD F150 LIKE 159 SO NOW THEY COME DOWN TO $129 A MONTH
Ox Car Care is a total RIPOFF! I paid for 2 cars for months, and when I tried to put in a small claim, they stalled for several weeks and then just ignored my calls and the repair company calls (a national chain with certified mechanics). Of course I ended up paying the full repair cost, which was a lot less than what I had already paid to Ox Car Care. I'm just glad it happened now instead of after paying years into their scam.

Ox Car care is a complete criminal enterprise They are total fraudsters. Do not give them your credit card number. They set up fake policies in your name and steal money from your account. They never send adjusters once you make a claim. My car has been sitting in the repair shop for 32 days now waiting for an adjuster. They don't cover oil changes.
