They where all kind and answered all the questions I had. They walked me through the process throughly and made sure I understood everything before sending me on my way.

HORRIBLE! That's all I can say. RUN. This warranty company does not deliver on what they advertise. I should have know from the first day I called. **** customer service representatives. The Best Policy (according to the **** covers nothing I consider major; the parts that allow the car to run. Good luck finding a repair place that is willing to take the warranty- all repair shops that are *** certified do not accept this warranty. The person I have talked to is awesome with skills of communication, explain what kind plan the company offers and so forth. He is pretty much good customer service
I have had nothing but a horrible experience with OX Car Care. I have paid my premium every month with no problem, but once there is a time when you have to file a claim; its denied. This has happened on 2 different occasions. The 1st time, I ended up paying for my repairs of $1445.07 out of pocket and now I have a claim for the dealership stating my oil pan is now stripped (which all of my oil changes and services are done at the authorized dealership) and they will not cover that in which the total is $1642.13.
