Our agent ****, was phenomenal. He didnt try to barrel roll over me like ******** did. He was very helpful. He even helped me catch fraud on my credit card . We were on a three-way call with the credit card company and he intervened in how to explain to the credit card company that it was not a charge from *******. And had to explain to the credit card company what state their billing comes from and the name it comes under for them to finally understand that it was a fraudulent charge that I knew nothing of once again thank ... read more

Purchased a used auto warranty from Ox Car Care several months ago and put my vehicle into a reputable dealership repair shop and on 9/03/2025 that service department submitted a claim for repairs and we have not received any response in two months even though Ive made 2 payments since then. They will not elaborate about the extreme industry standard delay to my service department advisor or me. I've been paying ox for over 2 years and now that I need some work done on my car they are running me around playing phone tag. I was on hold for extended periods of time with no answer (over an hour). They are very good at sounding legitimate. I want my car fixed or my money back. I feel this is a scam. I guess I have to take legal action against them.
I paid 24 months ****** for no services on my car they told me they was behind on policies so now I have to wait to get my car done. I dont know how long.
