I sold my car two months ago and they still want to collect monthly fees on the carve sold. Ox car care is rude and mean in the phone. They dont listen. They keep telling me I owe for two months even with the car sold. Are they scammers? It has been a horrible experience with Ox car care.

My brakes went out on Aug. 12, 2025. Today is Oct. 2, 2025. The master cylinder went out and needs to be replaced. It is covered by my contract. I have called and emailed without recourse. Every answer I get is that the case is still under review and the adjustors are backed up and very busy. I explained that it has been 37 working days since I made the claim. This company is a scam. It does not give the coverage expressed in your policy. It also has no weekend access and assistance. They also will over charge you without giving any reimbursement.
I filed a cancellation notice in July ****** for extended warranty. Ox Car Care continued to debit my account thru MEPCO. When I requested they stop taking payment from my account, they always state they never received the cancellation notice. I email the notice to the address they listed on the notice.
I don't agree with having to drive **************************************************************************************************** effect or after first payment
