These two men in the CLAIMS DEPARTMENT allowed me to express my needs and made sure that all my paperwork was SUBMITTED INTO MY POLICY FILE. These two gentlemen working at Ox Car Care have certainly gone above and beyond to help me feel better about filing my first claim. THEY DESERVE A RAISE!
My car has been in the possession of the shop for 30 days. Ox Car Care has both me and the shop waiting on the go for my car repairs. All of my maintenance documentations are within agreement. Im not sure what else to do. I feel like this is a fraudulent business and Im being scammed.
On January 22nd my husband **** ******* ******* ***** ** and myself attempted to purchase a warranty, which we never before purchased. I contacted this company and the salesperson suggested a three way call be made. We were asked questions about the vehicle, one of which, is the vehicle running? I said no and I believe that Mr. ***** also said no. If I could If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I have two cars with extended warranties through Ox Car Care, and the situation is unacceptable. My daughter's Jeep has been sitting at the shop for an entire month without any repairs because Ox is claiming they only received the claim last week. However, Ox Car Care alerted the shop via email about the claim on January 30th. My daughter has been stuck in a rental since January 13th, and Ox only covers rental costs for a mere six days. I've been with Ox Car Care for over a year and my Clutch went out on the transmission and customer service said they dont cover those parts, but isn't the Clutch one of the main components of the transmission, so why isn't it covered. And customer service is no HELP. I'm canceling my contract with Ox Car Care company

Hello Ms. ********* Thank you for reaching out, it depends what part of the clutch went out on you vehicle for your policy "clutch packs" are what are covered within the transmission. Please reach out to our claims customer service as they would have more knowledge on this and make sure you have exactly what needs to be repaired as "clutch" is a very vague term in relation to the policy.
Very courteous and knowledgeable. I was well informed about the services and costs. Prices were adjusted for my budget.
I took my car into a auto repair shop on 1-20-25 because my check engine lite came on and the repair shop submitted a claim on 1-23-25 and now I cannot get anyone at OX CAR CARE to give me a answer on if they are going to cover my car and I have been without my car for over two weeks and OX CAR CARE has been sent a work order for the repairs from the auto repair shop and still nothing. I NEED MY CAR BACK.

I am very unhappy with the service I am have been on the phone with OX for ********************************************************************* a contract.
Very unhappy with this produce. when filing a claim they find ways to NOT pay the claim. took my car to the dealership the put a claim, they request claims via email. it took the adjuster multiple business days to get on site to see the car. the dealership could hold my car for days to wait. so they sent me home with the car. ***** said i operated a vehicle while impaired and would not cover the control arm bushings
