Today was my first visit with my ferret. We drove an hour to get here. Everyone wAs amazing. Helped me understand the diagnosis and feel better about the situation. I would drive 3 hours if I had to to get to this place. Highly recommended.

My golden retriever, Daisy, was referred to their oncologist, Dr. Alexander after being diagnosed with lymphoma. They were so quick in getting back to me and setting up a consult and started chemo right away. I feel like they truly care about each patient and make sure any questions are answered.
The staff here are outstanding. I cannot thank everyone enough for the incredible care they provided for my sweet Atari during her brief stay. I'm sure she's in doggy heaven chasing all the squirrels and incessantly squeaking an infinite amount of the loudest squeaky toys ever made (no dad around to throw them on top of the fridge anymore!).
Zero stars? Called letting them know my dog 2as having a hard time breathing. After being on hold and then a call back 15 minutes later they refuse to see my dog becasue she had surgery at a different hospital, despite the fact I told Gail that my dog couldn't breathe well and I was worried about the car ride to Bosotn. This place has my dog on a blacklist and myself, the absolute worse. They rather send my dog on an hour and a half car ride (which I explained she doesn't do good in the car) than actually help a dog in need ... read more
My dog Lily had stopped walking all of a sudden and we were very concerned. It was a holiday weekend so our regular vet was not open, we took her to the specialists. After 4 hours they could not find a diagnosis for her and gave her a sedative and said it might be arthritis and to give it a week or two. Well I wanted a second opinion so the next day I made an appointment with my regular vet. They decided to test her for Lyme Disease and found out she was positive and were able to get her the correct meds. I’m not sure what w... read more
I really want to Thank the Dr. who helped Blue Dream to be pain free...at the end of her journey on May 21 2020 she was a very special dog...and everyone here at 3a.m. were way more than compassionate! Thank you 😪
