RecommendedMy sweet love Pepsi crossed the rainbow bridge last night at 3am at your facility and I can’t thank the staff here for the compassion they showed. The vet was incredible and he gave me all of the options. They gave me ample time and were so classy and graceful with what is quite possibly one of the worst experiences, putting down a dying loved one. It’s not an easy decision. We didn't know when we rescued Landon just 8 months ago that we'd need emergency care for him. However, I'm very grateful that Landon was referred here because the ER staff is so very compassionate and accommodating. From the Triage experience to the doctor, Thank you Nicholas Medeiros! Unfortunately, it seems as if Landon's condition will be with him throughout his life but I'm confident that Ocean State Veterinary Services will provide the best care going forward.
Very Kind compassionate vets and staff. I brought my Bantam duck Tiny in for Injury and everyone was so great. Sadly after 2 weeks on meds and rest she lost her Battle . Everyone there fell in love with her and the Exotic Dr was excellent. I need to have my buck Californian rabbit neutered and first place I will look into for this is Ocean state.Thank you for your commitment to help animals esp ones that are not the typical normal dog/cat species.
Thank you to Dr. Sun and all the staff that took care of our Mookie during his stay. He was faced with very difficult health issues and unfortunately the outcome was not what we wanted to have to make. Although we are devastated we had to say goodbye, we are so appreciative with the care and kindness he received. As well as the consistent communication between us and Dr. Sun and the rest of the staff. Despite the outcome I know my Em couldn’t have been given a better chance to pull through, or been in better hands while trying to do so. I appreciate all you guys do and wouldn’t trust the 4-legged loves of my life with anyone else.
We were so happy to find a place for our beloved kitty tonite. We called in a near panic and when we arrived they whisked us right in. They gave us updates and explained everything to find what is wrong with out cat. We left with a wonderful discharge note and relief that she is feeling much better. We had to bring my Amazon parrot here for emergency care last Saturday night. we live in CT and when we got there, they took him right in and began treatment for him. They kept us informed throughout the time we were there and they treated Willie compassionately. Thank you OSVets for all you did.
Had to bring my dog here the other day and they were able to immediately see her and make her comfortable. They made sure to communicate and work with me the entire time as well. Great experience with them during stressful circumstances.
