We brought Roo in for a Neurological Assessmemt this morning with Dr. Parsley and we were simply blown away with the care and kindness Dr. Parsley and Rachel showed to Roo and to us. The Veterinary Staff is wonderful and caring! We saw several doctors at OSVS as our Mariner made his cancer journey. Each doctor was kind, caring, compassionate, took the time to explain things and discuss options with us. We are forever grateful to Dr. Crain, Dr. Alexander, Dr. Lester, Dr. Sweet and all of the Vet Techs that cared for Mariner...and in the end...us! Thank you!
They have a number of Veterinarians under one roof with various specialties, who are dedicated to the care of your furry family member. They are true professionals who take the time to listen to you and answer any questions you might have. The doctors have been instrumental in treating our Yorkie “Willow”. Very good experience. Staff was very proactive and caring of our little dog.
Its all about the money with them. They will lie to you and make you feel guilty and then hit you with a price tag four times as much as any other vet.
