If you are thinking of taking your pet here please read our story and hopefully it will change your mind. We don’t wish what we are going through on ANYONE. On 8/20/20 my family brought our 5 month old Dalmatian puppy in and after a few hours Dr Nelson called us and told us our puppy needed emergency surgery and we had 1 hour to come up with thousands of dollars. Very caring and professional staff and Patient understanding and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and was given detailed information as to what was going on with my puppy. Just simply AMAZING eve with all the COVID restrictions. I felt apart of the process and informed every step of the way and treated with care and compassion.
Absolutely amazing staff, especially the neurologist, Lauren Marini. Extremely knowledgeable and communicative, especially during the covid19 pandemic. Our one year old cat, Tate, has a disease affecting his nervous system, which our regular vet was not qualified to treat. Dr. Marini kept contact with us via email, while educating us concerning our boy’s possible diagnosis and treatment possibilities. Not to mention, she also did her best to keep costs at a minimum. They are the most caring group I have ever dealt with. All the staff is compassionate and sincere with understanding that your fur baby is a beloved family member. A shout out to Julie for going over & beyond with assisting us today. My fat boy Ceasar thanks you all ❤🐱
Amazing place with the most caring and empathetic staff. The people you want to have taking care of your pet in an emergency. They also have a specialty team on sight too. Their COVID precautions are great and they keep in constant constant contact with you via phone and email. I wouldn't go anywhere else in an emergency.
They are open 24 hours. I had a good experience. Everyone i dealt with was very kind which makes a stressful overwhelming time a bit easier. There was a long wait to take my pup home but to be fair, the place was soooooo busy. Id prefer they take their time and do it right than rush and make a mistake. Thank you.
