I've had an appointment at this office once before and had no complaints then. This time, I was unable to schedule online and called to try to schedule an appointment. Extremely unprofessional and rude, I cannot think of any context in which a patient's questions should be answered with "nuh uh!" I was told that there are no available appointments with my doctor or any other doctor, that I cannot see a nurse practitioner, and that there is no waitlist at all. Sutter has a wonderful team of doctors, however their front office staff is just not very efficient. It takes them a long time to help with any questions and rescheduling appointments, when they automatically rescheduled you is a nightmare. I waited on hold for close to 20 mins on a phone call for them to help me with rescheduling. I hope the team comes up with a better system.

Front desks are rude and arrogant as comments mentioned. I called in millions of times to ask about medical transfer from another hospital, every time they gave different answers and just didn’t do anything, and didn’t help anything! They didn’t care about your health at all that’s how I feel before first appointment with doctor.
