Outstanding buying experience with Obrien, and specifically Patrick Bartell. We recently had the unfortunate experience of totalling our '15 Highlander in an accident. Fortunately it protected us, but unfortunately, the exact color combination to replace it was not readily available. Patrick came to our rescue and found the color combination with all the features we wanted at a price we were very happy with.
