Purchased a vehicle in 2019. It no longer runs.

I had my Avalon in for a repair last week and your service department scratched my wheel pretty badly. I reached out to your service manager and your general manager. It has been over a week and neither reached back out to me. You have terrible customer service in your managers and your service techs aren’t careful when removing tires. Obviously you don’t care.
The worst place to buy a vehicle and the service department is Garbage ! This dealership sells warranty coverage and there employees can’t even explain what it covers . I bought my warranty from them and their service manager after 5 trips there asked me “where did I buy my warranty from ?” Seriously a joke of a dealer .
