RecommendedToday was just a service stop. I love Toyota’s because you don’t need service very often. The service people are very helpful and honest. We scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought it might need those inside air filters. Ends up it only needed tire rotation. I’m so thankful for their honesty and the good work they always do.

RecommendedThe chip in my car key failed making the automatic door and trunk functions unavailable. The service department was able to get me in the same day and cut a new key. The technician explained my options thoroughly and quickly solved the issue. The waiting room and restroom were clean and well ventilated.

RecommendedWe were on a cross country trip with our 2008 Sienna when the dashboard lit up with warning lights. We were 1500 miles from home. We pulled into O’Briien for help. They treated us like we were steady customers. Check our car out and got us underway without much delay. Thanks for the help!!
RecommendedWe did a thing yesterday and bought a new RAV4 at O’Brien Toyota. It is our second RAV4 because we have liked the 2013 so well, and their service department has always been great too. RecommendedThey do my preventive maintenance timely and efficiently. They don’t try to replace things that don’t need replaced yet. I bought my 2010 Prius from them new and only let them maintain it. If I were to buy a new Toyota it would be from them.
