I'd been an O'Brien customer for over 10 years. I just bought a brand-new Camry in July. The salesman (who was new, and an O'Brien) assured me that I could get XM radio in the car. After trying for a few weeks to get it loaded, I brought the car in, only to find out that my car is one of the few without the "shark fin". To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. 5 stars for sure. We were visiting the area from South Carolina and had a title question about our Toyota Prius. Even though we were not O’Brien’s customer, they sent their title clerk down to help us figure out the paperwork. Everyone was welcoming and glad to help us. Thank you so much for treating us like family.

UPDATED REVIEW: My initial experience with trying to get a used car here was not good due to lack of responsiveness when the first car suggested did not work out price-wise. I ended up working with Ed Martin in Anderson and was able to get a car that worked for me. Since then, the manager and the sales rep reached out regarding my experience, which I really appreciate. I've had my car serviced here twice since the initial experience and have received very friendly service.
Had my first service on my new Highlander, Tammy was friendly and helpful with my questions. I was expecting to wait a long time and was properly prepared with coffee and a book. Didn't even finish my cup, in and out in 30 minutes! That included a quick car wash too. Thank you all for the quick and courteous service.
